Dan LaBert checks in with Greg at the Round Table.

Dan has served as the Weekly Fantasy Football Reporter for Redskins Magazine Television and Executive Director & Co-Host of Fantasy Tailgate - DC's first weekly Fantasy Football TV show. As a former Div-I scholarship football player, Dan knows his football.

Below you’ll find a few of the highlights.

- Looking for some RB tips for the Subscriber’s Contest?
Marion Barber, Deuce McAllister, Carnell Williams, DeAngelo Williams, Ahman Green, Brandon Jacobs, Jamal Lewis and rookies Marshawn Lynch and Adrian Peterson all cost $8 to $9 million in the FREE subscribers salary cap contest. Dan and Greg review which RBs they like in this group.

- Eagles Cut Jeremiah Trotter
Did you find it odd how the Eagles cut Jeremiah Trotter and yet Trotter and management had a friendly news conference together announcing they were parting ways?

Dan gets the scoop on how it all went down with Trotter knowing he would likely be cut 12+ months ago. Turns out, film and down-and-distance review showed Trotter (knee) was consistently getting beat in certain 2nd-and-long situations.

- Last season for L.J. in Philly?
Eagles TE John L.J. Smith is not expected back in Philly in 2008. Not great news for those who have L.J. in keeper leagues.

- How McNabb looks.
Largely positive news here, however Dan has noticed McNabb consistently looking at his knee and knee brace at practice.

- Where to draft Clinton Portis?
As 4for4.com had predicted back in May, Portis still remains in the 14-18 range when it comes to RB rankings.

- Addition of OG Pete Kendall to WAS O-line.
Dan isn’t sold on this move for Washington but it does hurt the New York Jets. Not great news for Thomas Jones and the running game.

- Jets "green" O-line.
Rookies and question marks abound with the Jets big guys up front.

- Concerns about Chad Pennington. Excitement about Kellen Clemens.
Chad has had much better camps. Backup QB Clemens is looking impressive. Maybe a deep sleeper in very large keeper leagues?

- Reggie Bush - First Rd draft selection?
Unless you’re in a keeper league, probably not. But Bush looks to have more value than a late third round pick. However, Dan has seen Bush going that late (in leagues that do not reward for receptions).
