She is a nationally-acclaimed real estate educator, specializing in hot topics such as investing in foreclosures and short sales. Sharon has authored several real estate investment guides and recorded numerous popular audio and video lessons.

Almost 20 years ago, Sharon and her then-husband decided to buy houses, fix them up, sell them and work toward owning their own home — debt-free. Unfortunately, fate took an ugly turn and Sharon lost her husband to a tragic accident.

Completely devastated, Sharon knew that she had to make a choice: Either feel sorry for herself and stop living life or fulfill the dream they had made together. She opted to pursue the dream.

Sharon was hooked from the outset and has not looked back since.

Today, Sharon continues to build on her years of success in the real estate industry. She loves the freedom to work from her home when she wants to and make her own schedule. Sharon can travel whenever she wants, shop, spend time with family or just lie by the pool if she feels like it.

She's truly living the dream.

Sharon also holds a position as President of 32 West Realty, a distinguished real estate brokerage firm that caters to the real estate investor, as well as President of HomeRescueSolutions.com, a marketing company designed for investors to reach and obtain seller leads. She also serves as Vice President of REIP The RewardsŪ — a national membership-driven organization that provides real estate education resources and publication specifically designed for real estate investment professionals.

In addition, Sharon co-founded the Florida Real Estate Investors' Association (the "FLREIA"). The FLREIA is a professional association which caters to aspiring as well as seasoned real estate investors. The FLREIA has been meeting monthly for nine years in West Palm Beach, Fla.
